Order Information
- All items are handmade and made to order. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
- Production and shipping take approximately 2–3 weeks.
- Orders are shipped once all items are ready. Split shipping is available with an additional shipping fee.
Returns & Exchanges
- Please confirm your size before placing an order. For sizing assistance, please contact us via our official LINE account.
- Size or color exchanges (same style only) must be requested within 2 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
- Items must be returned in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and inserts included.
- Minor imperfections, color differences, sizing issues, loose threads, small stains, fabric snags, or damages caused by washing or improper handling are not considered defects.
- Haochun.tw reserves the final right to determine whether an item is considered defective.
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the day after package collection.
Product Information
- Measurements are taken with garments laid flat. A 1–3 cm variation is considered normal.
- Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
- Please wash dark and light-colored garments separately. We recommend using a laundry bag for machine washing and do not recommend tumble drying.
Payment & Shipping
- Payment Methods: Credit Card / Bank Transfer
- For online credit card payments, please message us after placing your order to receive the payment link. Orders are confirmed and items are reserved only after payment is completed.
- Shipping Methods: 7-ELEVEN Store Pickup (No Cash on Delivery) / SF Express (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore)
- For Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore, shipping fees will be collected in cash upon delivery. For other international orders, shipping fees will be calculated and charged at checkout.
- Shipping notifications will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information can be viewed on your order page.
- Additional shipping fees will apply for uncollected packages that require reshipment.
